Having vacated a property that is in urgent need of proper maintenance and work done, the audacity and rudeness after having worked our butts off to clean the property to make it look better than it really is - then the property agent sends a $500 cleaning bill for the most pathetic excuses, e.g. tape mark on wall, charging to remove a coffee pod holder on the fridge, etc. It was left in a heck of a lot better state than when it was leased. This property has unsafe stairs, paint peeling from the cornices, mould growing in the bedroom and unsafe railings outside as examples. The rudeness of the agent and the questionable methods and contact during the last few days have made me question this agent/business. As a landlord myself, I expected better from other real estate agents and thank goodness I don't have my property listed with them.
