Just moved into our new rental and super happy. Sales/property manager, Mark, was so helpful and kind when we were inspecting. He ensured every detail of the property was maintained. Everyone in the office was super nice, responsive, organised and professional too!

I have used Edwards Windsor on a number of occasions over the last 10 years and as on previous occasions have again been very impressed by their service. This was the most significant property sale that we have navigated soit was particularly important to get an agent we had the utmost confidence in.Peter Harrison was very impressive from the get go. I expect any decent agent to be professional, hard working and have excellent interpersonal skills. Peter was all of these. Above and beyond this however, Peter took the time to understand our wider circumstances, priorities and expectations. This meant that as we engaged with the market and various potential buyers, Peter already understood what we were looking for and our conversations were always “ on the same page. “ Most importantly we sold our house for an amount we were very satisfied with. Having vacated a property that is in urgent need of proper maintenance and work done, the audacity and rudeness after having worked our butts off to clean the property to make it look better than it really is - then the property agent sends a $500 cleaning bill for the most pathetic excuses, e.g. tape mark on wall, charging to remove a coffee pod holder on the fridge, etc. It was left in a heck of a lot better state than when it was leased. This property has unsafe stairs, paint peeling from the cornices, mould growing in the bedroom and unsafe railings outside as examples. The rudeness of the agent and the questionable methods and contact during the last few days have made me question this agent/business. As a landlord myself, I expected better from other real estate agents and thank goodness I don't have my property listed with them.
